The Demon Hunter uses Shadow Power to attack more quickly. Runestone effects can give, life, hatred, discipline, movement speed and dodge bonuses.
Description: Draw in the power of the shadows, gaining 20% of all damage done as Life for 3 seconds.
Cost: 14 Discipline
Shadow Power Skill Rune Effects
