Strafe is a Demon Hunter Active Skill Unlocked at Level 19.
Hatred Spender
The Demon Hunter will shoot arrows/bolts very quickly. Much like the Amazon's Strafe skill in Diablo 2.
Description: Shoot at random nearby enemies for 120% weapon damage while moving at 65% of normal movement speed.
Cost: 15 Hatred
