Attack Speed Reduction

Reducing the Attack Speed of your enemies can be very effective in both PvE and in PvP combat. Attack Speed has a lot to do with how much a character or monster can deal per second. Reducing the Attack Speed of a Frenzy Barbarian or of a Demon Hunter using Rapid Fire can really reduce the overall damage output of these characters. Decreased Attack Speed = Less Damage Per Second = Less Overall Damage.
