Chill

There are certain Skills and Abilities that can Chill enemies in Diablo 3. Chilled Targets have their movement speed and attack speed reduced. Damaging Chilled targets can reduce the Chilled effect on the target.

Note: Frost Nova (Bone Chill) - Enemies take X% more damage while frozen or chilled by Frost Nova.

Note: Wizard Passive Skill Cold Blooded increases cold damage done to chilled and frozen targets.
