Freeze

There are certain Skills and Abilities that can Freeze enemies in Diablo 3. Frozen Targets are unable to move or perform actions. Damaging Frozen targets can remove the Frozen effect from the target.

Note: Frost Nova (Bone Chill) - Enemies take X% more damage while frozen or chilled by Frost Nova.

Note: Wizard Passive Skill Cold Blooded increases cold damage done to chilled and frozen targets.
